Algebra I Gateway and Foundations II EOC Schedule – May 6, 2008
We will be on pep rally schedule. Teachers, please DO NOT DISMISS STUDENTS BEFORE THE APPOINTED TIME! THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ALGEBRA I GATEWAY TESTING DURING 3RD PERIOD.
Morning Test Session
Students from the classes listed below WILL REPORT TO THEIR 1st PERIODCLASS and be dismissed to the testing area by intercom announcement at 9:00.

Whitaker and Turner will provide relief in upper 3 with Stiner supervising both test areas; C. Jones will provide relief in upper 1. Lindsey’s 2nd period will meet in room 226.
Afternoon Test Session
Students from the classes listed below will report to the testing area IMMEDIATELY AFTER 3RD PERIOD @ 1:08. THEY WILL NOT REPORT TO THEIR 4TH PERIOD CLASS.

McNamara, Russell, and King will supervise the displaced students in the Commons area for the afternoon session. Relief and test supervisors will be the same as the morning session.
Foundations II EOC NOTE: Lee’s 1st and 4th periods will meet in Portable Room 717 for EOC testing. Marquardt’s 2nd and 4th periods will meet in Portable Room 710 for EOC testing. Kisabeth’s 1st period will test in their classroom in lower 1.
Gateway Testing Language Arts - May 7, 2008
8:50 – 11:32 a.m.
Dismiss students at 8:50 a.m. for testing. We will be on a no break schedule. Students will be dismissed at the end of the first period if finished with test. Otherwise, dismiss with a note to second period as they finish (time leaving test site). Keep a list of names and times for your own record.

Finished test materials should be sent to lower pod 1 work area ASAP. See Mrs. Seals or Mrs. Cogdill with questions. Any teacher who has students who have not finished the test needs to gather the incomplete test materials. Take the students and test materials to Mr. McCampbell room 114. Hand the unfinished tests to Mr. McCampbell, supervising teacher.
Displaced classes should reserve space for Drama class plays May 7. For first period classes, teachers should take roll and then send the students to the plays. Students in second period classes in lower pod 1 and upper pod 1 should meet Coach Watkins and Coach Kisabeth at the trophy case in the commons area. Watkins and Kisabeth will escort students to the plays. Upper pod 1 teachers, please provide Kisabeth class rosters. Lower pod 1 teachers, please provide Watkins class rosters.
** Mr. McNamara will supervise students not attending the play. Send students and a roster of names to him in the commons area near the counseling office.

NOTE: All students being tested should fill out an answer sheet grid prior to test day.

· Students taking the test during first period only will be dismissed at 8:30 to report to their assigned room for testing.
· Students taking the test during second period will report to their regular classrooms at the beginning of second period to take the test (They will not be displaced 1st period.)
· Guidance personnel will be responsible for completing all transfer, homebound, and retake paperwork and delivering it to Mrs. Herndon’s room on Thursday morning (to be picked up by Watkins).
· On the morning of the test, Test Administrators will check out the testing materials from Mrs. Herndon’s room (#214) for the class to which they are giving the test.
· Students not completing the test during 1st period will be escorted to room #213 (Mr. Niceley) for completion during 2nd period.
· All testing materials will be checked and returned by the administrating teacher to Mrs. Herndon’s room by the end of second period (third for 2nd period testing.
· Students enrolled in classes located in pod 2 during 1st period but do not have to take the exam will report to building 8 immediately after roll call for the plays. They will be supervised by Mr. McNamara. (Teachers, collect the $1 ahead of time.)
