The 2019 JCHS Fall Formal will be held at the main campus on Saturday, November 16th from 7:00 until 10:00PM.

Tickets for the Fall Formal are $20 each and will be sold beginning Monday, November 4th through Friday, November 15th during the lunch period.

If a Jefferson County High School student plans to bring a guest who does NOT attend our school, the JCHS student must submit an official JCHS Dance Guest Form which can be found on the JCHS website or below. The deadline for submitting an official JCHS Dance Guest Form to a school administrator will be Wednesday, November 13th. ALL students and their guests will be expected to abide by all JCHS school rules and the dress code for the Fall Formal which will be posted when they purchase their ticket.

ABSOLUTELY NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR OR ON THE DAY OF THE FORMAL.
