Meetings: French Club meets every 4th Wednesday of evrey month after school. If an activity period meeting is being held on the 4th, then no after-school meeting will be held. Occasionally refreshments, such as croissants, will be served.
Planned Activities: The French Club, in accordance with the Latin Club, will be visiting Biltmore Estate and Gardens on December 1st, 2006.If any member is interested in attending, please contact Mrs. Gibson in room 708. Of course, there will be a fee for attending this all-day trip.
Hopefully, as the year progresses, we will have many more activities for our members to enjoy. Some things we are currently consedering are: foriegn language Olympics, eating at a French resturant, and other cultural experiences.
Other: In past years, the French Club has been very successful in their T-shirt designs. We are hoping to continue that tradition this year. If any member has any ideas about a possible t-shirt design, contact K. Holdway or L. McDaniel ASAP!
