Keith Jones-Assistant Coach

    Keith Jones enters his sixth year coaching baseball with the Patriot Baseball program.  Coach Jones has served as the Patriots' hitting coach for the last three seasons where they have hit .340, .353, and .339 respectively as a team. Along with overseeing the hitting program at JCHS, Coach Jones' responsibilities include the strength & conditioning program while working closely with Coach Seals in coordinating the defense.

        Jones graduated from Science Hill High School in 1995.  In 2000, he earned a B.A. in History from King College in Bristol, Tennessee.  While at King, Jones was a four year starter at first base and finished hi career ranked in six different offensive categories.

    A native of Johnson City, Coach Jones came to JCHS in the spring of 2001 where he teaches World History and War Between the States.  He is married to the former Jan Price of Knoxville, TN, and the couple is expecting their first child in May.  They reside in Jefferson City.
